24-Hour Window for Free Changes
- You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.
- To request a cancellation or change, please email us at [email protected] or submit a request through our Contact Us page within this timeframe.
After 24 hours, all orders are processed for production and/or shipping. At that stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, as we begin fulfilling your order immediately.
Double-Check Your Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Important Notes
- Orders that have entered the production or shipping phase cannot be modified or canceled.
- Personalized or custom-designed items begin production shortly after purchase, making them ineligible for change or cancellation after the 24-hour window.
- Please carefully review your order details, including size, design, and shipping address, before finalizing your purchase.
