1. Exchanges

We cannot swap items for size, design, or quantity mistakes after checkout. If you spot an error, simply cancel within 24 hours (see Section 2) and place a fresh order with the correct details. Need help? Reach out—our support team is happy to assist.


2. Cancellations

  • Window: Up to 24 hours from when you place your order.
  • How to Cancel: Email [email protected] with your order number and “Cancel” in the subject line.
  • Cost: Zero. We’ll refund your payment in full to your original method.
  • After 24 Hours: Orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for orders delivered within the last 180 days, provided one of the following applies:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received a product different from what you ordered (design, size, material)
  • Wrong item sent
  • The product significantly deviates from its description

Ineligible for Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • “Defects” not caused by Rickgill (e.g., customer misuse)
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Minor flaws you could easily fix (e.g., loose threads)

4. What You’ll Need

When you file a refund claim, please include:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt
  2. Shipping Documentation: Label or carrier receipt
  3. Visual Evidence: Photos of damage/defect
  4. Communication Records: Any emails, chats, or screenshots about the issue

This helps us speed up your claim.


5. How to Return & Claim Your Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with all required documents.
  2. Review Period: We’ll reply within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6:30 PM EST).
  3. Shipping Instructions: Only send your package after we confirm your return address.
  4. Ship at Your Cost: Unless it’s our error (damaged/defective), you’ll cover return postage. Don’t forget to share the carrier’s tracking number.

6. Refund Processing

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 2 business days.
  • Includes Shipping: We’ll credit the original shipping charges too, if the return was due to our mistake.
  • Follow-Up: If you haven’t seen the money in 10–15 days, please check with your bank or card issuer.

7. Additional Terms

  • No Liability for In-Transit Loss/Damage: Once the package leaves our facility, you’re responsible.
  • Re-shipment Fees: If we reject a return because it doesn’t meet policy, a new shipping fee will apply if you’d like us to resend.
  • Policy Validity: All refund and return rights expire 180 days after the delivery date.
