Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and the fastest available option.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after payment has been accepted.
- Processing occurs on business days (Monday through Friday, EST).
- We do not process or ship orders on U.S. Postal Holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
Delivery times may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. While we work closely with our partners, shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Important: For personalized/customized items, additional design and preparation time may be required, depending on the complexity of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- International addresses
- APO/FPO military addresses
Order Tracking
- After placing your order, you’ll first receive a confirmation email.
- Within 1–2 business days, you’ll get an email with tracking details.
- Please allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan your parcel into their system. Until then, tracking updates may not be visible.
- If your order is past its estimated arrival date, please Contact Us for assistance.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Incorrect/missing details may cause delays.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may be disposed of by the carrier.
- If reshipping is possible, an additional shipping fee will apply.
- We cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse.
